Pros
At 7Mind, you get to work on a product that is loved by it's users and actually makes a positive difference in their lives. Every two weeks, the support team shares some of the user feedback that users send in. It is incredibly motivating.
Cons
Lots of change (which is not in itself a con, but you have to like it!)
