      • 86Borders is a small company hoping to make it big. • Hours and PTO are flexible as long as the work gets done.

      • Resources get yanked around between many different projects, breaking the coherence of design & development required to make each project as successful as it could be. • Compensation is not appropriately distributed amongst the team, leading to an imbalance of efficiency. • Does not reward proactive behavior.
