      There is a lack of strategic vision, and decisions are often made without considering their long-term impact on the team and the company. This results in frequent shifts in priorities, confusing directives, and a general sense of instability.

      Horrible Experience – Would Not Recommend

      Nothing I could find during my tenure

      Cons

      The work culture is toxic, with a lot of backstabbing The CEO himself does not have great ideas for the company The Gurgaon office has open-door policy only on papers as the person in charge manipulates the perception of people and the US team trusts him like anything. They can fire anyone anytime, The company started in 2009 and they have just 600+ employees as Layoffs are a common practice here Value for work does not matter here Overall, this is not a company that values its employees. I left as soon as I could, and I would not recommend working here to anyone unless you’re desperate for a paycheck.

      Pros

      Working as a Senior Consultant in ISO practice I have got great opportunity to work in different ISO audits. ISO Management has been super supportive at all times. ISO Management is always open for constructive and positive feedback and addresses the problems (if any) to ensure positive culture is built throughout the practice. It's been great experience so far and with management's support working here as an ISO Senior Consultant is a great experience.
