Anybody is open to Snatching and Closing your deal and management is only concerned about Money. Director is Most Insecure

      Best for street smart hard core sales guys. Selling events was always fun. you meet client's across domains. Salary correction / good increment for superstars.

      Cons

      No Fuel reimbursements, even if you are spending 10 k for meetings in a month. No gestation period for non performers. Lot of politics just to be in good books of the Boss. week HR policies, no flexible timings.
