Remote, decent pay with benefits that are average.
Cons
The sales they make are not fully vetted for a good fit, therefore many of the implementations get sideways, having to pull sales back in which results in the customer becoming concerned and frustrated, sales has to throw in the kitchen sink to keep them happy and in the end -- another horrible implementation... wa laa...
