      Pros

      The company provides a positive and supportive working environment where employees feel trusted and valued. Management encourages open communication and teamwork, which makes collaboration across the team very smooth. One of the things I appreciate the most is the flexibility and understanding shown towards employees, including the implementation of work-from-home arrangements that promote better work-life balance.
