Opportunities to work with clients from different industries. Involve in various roles within a project lifecycle. Occasional travel opportunities out of COVID times.

Cons

Inequality and lack of fairness amongst different teams. For example, some teams work from home most of the time while others must go back to office, some teams are mandated not to handle more than one project while others work over time all the time. Pay is generally below market average. Low base with project-based bonus, but scheme is not transparent.
