Strong team overshadowed by poor management and turnover risks
Pros
It had a very strong team of employees, with knowledge, personality, mutual support, and a real sense of connection, at least until they started resigning one after another.
Cons
There were serious issues with the company’s management, particularly in the way critical situations were handled. Employees were often encouraged to take initiative and were told that making mistakes was acceptable; however, clear guidance and direction were not always provided. As a result, when something did not go as expected, the situation was not managed constructively. Instead, there was often frustration, raised voices, and a lack of calm, solution-oriented leadership. From what I had heard, the company did not always operate this way in the past. I am not sure what changed in recent years, but unless management takes immediate steps to improve the work environment and leadership approach, the company risks losing its strongest employees and facing constant staff turnover.
