      The projects are genuinely interesting and allow for creative input. Team atmosphere is generally harmonious, and most colleagues are friendly and collaborative.

      Pros

      Compared with other Chinese architecture consulting firms, AIM doesn't require much overtime. And two bosses have good taste in design. The office location and environment is great.

      Cons

      AIM has few architecture projects but a great number of interior projects. The male principal sometimes cannot control his temper well.
