      Pros

      Very chill and cool environment and mindset

      Cons

      The chill and zen mindset goes as far as you every call and email is monitored and you'll receive admonishment in how to improve. Expect this passive chillness to be pervasive even though you're in a recruiting warehouse whose name on the outside of the building says "art studio". And to make it better, you'll be moved "like plants" periodically throughout your employment in the small building to see where you might "flourish and grow". Not necessarily a cult, but very similar. And the profit margin on everything is minimal to you. OMG, Recruiting Warehouse and never a Relationship Builder. Highly suggest you "Don't drink the juice"

      The Truth

      Pros

      High ceiling on income without the long hours of similar careers. Really great training and good amount of investment in employees. Easy access to management and CEO if willing to absorb as much knowledge as possible or have input on anything. Great location!

      Cons

      Internal screening process can get better so that we are bringing the right people on. Love the fact that people have access to all of the resources to be successful, but sometimes they are being poured into people who don't have the skill set or drive.
