The owners, Jack Shinder and Judah Silverman, are genuine, kind, and deeply invested in the company’s legacy and future. Steve Peterman, my direct manager, leads with empathy and trust, he always puts people first, and that made all the difference in how I grew in my role. AMBICO is in the midst of a major, positive transformation. They're investing in modernization, expanding their product reach, and building out stronger marketing and communications. I was given a lot of responsibility and visibility, and I'm grateful to Jennifer McGill for the opportunities and trust she placed in me. Her leadership has played a big part in the company's recent evolution. This is a company where, if you’re proactive and thoughtful, your voice can be heard and your work will matter.
