You’re going to have a very hard time finding any pros to this place other than the 2-3 other employees that you’ll get along with.

Where to start.... To begin, working in the office is like working at a grade D restaurant, the place has a roach infestation and you’ll see roaches running around the office or lying dead on the floor when you walk in. What is done? Nothing! No fumigation, nothing! Secondly, the CEO is very volatile. Everyday you’re on your toes wondering if he’s going to yell at you that day or if he’s going to bring bring snacks for the office then yell at your after. He’ll yell at anyone in the office for any reason. He’s even yelled at customers on the phone. Third, nepotism at its finest. He favors certain employees over others as he forces certain employees to come in at a certain time or they will be reprimanded. The other employees that he favors can come in at anytime that suits them and he cannot deny this is true because it 100% is. Fourth, COVID!!! The CEO does not care about your well being or health. Never enforced social distancing or face masks to be worn in the offices. An employee ended up testing POSITIVE and he still did not enforce the use of face masks or social distancing. Talk about a careless “leader”. If you ask to work from home due to safety concerns regarding covid, he will yell at your and force you to come in the office or be threatened to be fired. I was told “if you do not come to the office, you will not be a part of AMGtime anymore”. All of this is 100% true unfortunately. Stay far away from this place as possible. I can list many more things that are wrong but you get the gist of it.
