Pros : Must say one of the best organisations to work with. Work life balance. good benefits.

Cons : HR Has US Management ever considered why there has been attrition’s in one specific BU in the last two years? Despite the manager's complete lack of people management skills, we have been treated according to her whims and fancies. Shows the organisation a very friendly person. But when it came to how she treated her employees, she was appalling. She clearly has some personal issues, and we can see them. It's fairly clear from her word choice and demeanour how she treated us. She appears to require psychological counselling, or she should be trained on people management skills. I would not have left the organisation if it had not been for her.
