It started during the interviews when the recruiter showed low interest in my profile (Red flag #1). I managed to move forward to the technical interview with 2 developers (1 junior and the other one a mid-senior who thought he was a senior). Both developers also showed disrespect during the interview by trying to disqualify me and talking to me in a very condescending way both with the camera turned off (Red flag #2). That was a huge red flag and looked like it was previously planned. They sent me an offer with a very low payment, something prevalent in this company because they probably did not find anyone better. I had to accept it because I was in need. I joined a project that was already going on with a manager who liked to micromanage everybody that did not reply to her messages and emails on time. Later I found out that it is part of the company culture to pressure and gaslight people in order to get as much work done in less time as possible. The company also has a huge turnover due to this management style. TL;DR Avoid the headaches. Disrespectful managers and coworkers, low salaries, high turnovers, and a lot of gaslighting. PS: Most of those positive reviews are from internal marketing campaigns to make the company look cool. It is all fake
