I am enjoying a second stint with AWRostamani Group IT summing upto 5 yrs now. AWR is a fast adaptable organization where once gets an opportunity to feed on new technologies. Other opportunity includes direct interaction with the user community on day to day basis. The organization follows an open door policy and frequent get together, outings etc. are organized for employee benefits.
