Shop floor guys are nice, interesting panels to work on
Cons
Facilities are basic, not the best atmosphere (some sniping behind backs), the design manager (one of the owners) puts people down a lot behind their back if they dont know as much as him. but makes many mistakes and then gets us to fix them. building panels in a panic
