Pros
Everyone is welcoming and eager to help. When you start you get plenty of training and support. There are regular fun socials and you are encouraged to explore as much of the UK as possible.
Cons
The job itself can feel quite repetitive and there aren't an abundance of promotion opportunities but that's just the nature of the industry. It's great for people who love organising things.
