Pros

* Revenue assurance Product in a niche Airline domain. That's all. But the product is not that good and not user friendly at all. * If you manage to survive here and able to tolerate insult, you can work anywhere. Your ability to have a patience is tested here. * Flexible work hrs. 8.5 hours a day as compare to 9/9.5 in other.

Cons

* Very hostile environment third class shop floor like work culture. * Senior management talks very rudely and creates a quick impression about laterals which do not change. Some of the middle men (AVP level) put you directly to Sr. Mgmt to save their own skin. * No domain training, no mentors, no hand holding and product know how is given for the new experienced joiner and what PM has to do is all mechanical work. * No fun in work and senior mgmt and middle level managers have serious attitude problem and nepotistic leadership. * As a PM you are responsible for all the things in your project but no authority or power. It is a singleton role with no team. PM has to everything as a result work life balance goes for a toss. * People don't respond to the mails hence work does not get done on time. After sending mails you have to personally go to various teams desk for follow ups who at times become non-cooperative. * It is seen that laterals from good companies do not stay here for more than 4-6 months and those who stay and still not able to adapt their work culture are fired or they start looking out for another job within a year. * HR is for the name sake, they are on the prowl for finding people who can join quickly as there is frequent job quits by laterls. * Have sen that freshers also get frustrated and assume that the work culture is same across all organizations outside and stay there. * No employee engagement programs to keep them motivated. * Management is aware about all these issues but does not want to change. * Slowly they are loosing their good resources due their bad management, poor process implementation, no work life balance. * Resources gets frustrated and quit the job. There is no fun at work. There is no employee engagement programs. * Very bad and hostile Senior Management (SVP and AVP levels). Tough to deal with them. They criticize an use bad words and insult in open to the employees.

Lateral Please Don't Join this Company. Big Risk!

Pros

Nothing Not all. Please don't join this organisation. This is not product based company. Its even worse company than service based company.

Cons

- If you are designation related Service Management means its a Production Support Work or Major incident manager Job. Be aware and careful. - Its all Airline and Airline industry so high pressure job.No excuse. No other projects. Please note. - Service Based Cutlure even worst than that. - Mainly US working hours or 24/7 shifts. - Maimi people like anything. No persoal life. - On call support once in a month but its alsmost 48 hrs so you need to be available over weekend for any issues so forgot about your weekend. - During interview HR & Hiring Manager will tell you that its a General Shift job but its big lie. Its 24/7 work. - Lateral people dont stay their for long time.They try to leave this organisation within 3 to 6 months. You will find noone who has been with Accelya since more than 3 years. - They hire fresher by writing 2ys bond from them and put them into this production support role so they dont exit. - HR either knows everything or they try to pretend not knowing anything. - HR always in search of someone who can join immediately. Hide all scary things. - Its a very small scale organisation not like big gaints Infosys, TCS, Cognizant etc so you will always be put on the gun. -THINK MANY TIMES before joining this organsation. Your career will be at big risk. - Even though they give you 100% hike, please dont join. Take a break and look for good company..

Pros

-incompetent, rude, arrogant and cheap managers -once you join there is a hell until your bond period is over and you resign Never ever join this company

Cons

- 2 years bond signing and then managers harass you until you leave - Notice period also hell - managers insulting employees on a daily basis in front of everyone - rude arrogant managers - too much workload, so working on almost all Saturdays, - 12 hrs daily working - no proper mentoring by leads/managers - unprofessional colleagues - too much politics - uncivilized managers - No proper handover - incompetent managers and colleagues too - managers lack basic etiquettes - managers are cowards Never ever join this company
