      Pros

      Ontime salary. Except that no major pros.

      Cons

      There are many cons below: 1.They hire fresher as so called java developer. But after joining there is no work on java and they forced you to work on some other technology without giving a single training. 2.You will found many senior employee play politics and they have no knowledge/skills, where they working. so as a fresher you cant improve your skills. 3.After joining i found that there is no Work-life balance at all.
