      Not much at the end

      Cons

      Micromanaging to the max, everything you say is a script, no autonomy. No loyalty to tenured employees. I was with the company for 10 years. Borderline deceptive business practices.

      Forced to work 45-50+ hours a week, while only paid for 40 (salary), most shifts were 11 hours long and had to work 5 days a week. Upper management micromanages to the extreme
