      Pros

      Amazing teammates + smart clients who will keep you on your toes

      Cons

      Their HR team left much to be desired in terms of professionalism. I requested a Certificate of Oneness as a former employee, but instead of finding a solution, she blamed me for not having documents that should have been in their possession in the first place. While it's uncertain whether the previous HR personnel failed to transfer the files in their turnover, it is ultimately the responsibility of the current HR team to ensure the seamless transition and retention of such essential documents.

      Pros

      Work is very organized and structured. No grey or blurred lines. Every single team member has a clear and defined role. Account Manager can focus on being Account Managers, Strategists as Strategists, Ad Ops as Ad Ops. Leadership has clear directions and goals. Very flexible work arrangements. Compensation and Benefits are very competitive.

      Cons

      Office is in Mandaluyong where these is high traffic. No Company-owned Parking slots.
