The salary advertised is not the actual salary. They claim that it includes tips but my personal experience is that it didn’t even come close.
The amount of hours you work (10am-1am) means you’re likely to be earning less than minimum wage.
Nasty and condescending chefs.
Daily team Briefings where you are put on the spot and humiliated in front of your colleagues.
Toxic and competitive work environment between staff, especially those of lower management.
Micromanaged at every step of the way.
No work life balance - you must LOVE hospitality and wish to dedicate your life and time to it.
