- clear communication from management - fun work atmosphere - natural progression path, no seniority - lots of bonus $$$ opportunities - unlimited PTO - travel - higher education opportunities
Cons
- really tough parking in my opinion. Sometimes have to walk around the building for overflow - competitive which can be stressful for some

Pros
Really fun company environment. Start up feel with a diverse background. The role I am in deals with fundraising and community engagement which is also a lot of fun and feels really meaningful. Advancement room too!
Cons
Our office is in a developing area so there can be construction and stuff. Nothing good to eat around here for lunch either. Also some events are outside which can be unpredictable with this Texas weather
