- Free shuttle service from MRT station - Free lunch with limited choice - Foreign working environment - Good learning opportunity for interns
Cons
- Relatively low pay - Dusty environment - The worse lab that I have seen (in my opinion) - Very bad office politics - High employee turnover rate with almost close to zero handovers retained - Double standard between new and old staff. - A lot of negative energy in the office. - Complaint is common
