Great company with great employees and an exciting fast paced environment!
Pros
-Great employees, that are all helpful, friendly -Employees represent a wide range of ages, experience, cultures. -All employees are great at what they do and are truly a pleasure to work with -Great mentors/mentorship, many employees are highly experienced and are truly people to look up to as inspirations. These people are willing to help and share knowledge with others and it is a great experience. -Global company with opportunities for employees to collaborate -Work Environment is fast paced and is an exciting environment and place to be a part of as it allows for challenges and ways to develop and demonstrate one's skillset -Great line of products in the portfolio -Growth opportunities exist, and growth such as promotions do regularly occur (and has happened for me personally) -Operating committee looks proactively for employee feedback/opinions
Cons
Work Environment offers a challenge as is fast paced, however for the right person is a good one (Willing to be challenged and thrive in the environment). *Personally, I prefer a challenge as opposed to being stagnant, so this is not a con to me.*
