Pros
Full-time hourly, some overtime possible, benefits after 90 days. Calling out sick uses any time off you would get for vacations. GM doesn’t even talk to us or know what we do.
Cons
Weak leadership, nepotism throughout organization, “Do more with less”, cost cutting, outdated software and tools, loud and sometimes heated arguments from Accounting, sales, and supply chain can be heard throughout the building. Rumor is Industrial Growth Partners the PE Firm that owns the company is pinching pennies because the sale fell through.
