Started working in this company since my internship and now working here as a full-timer. If you're looking for flexibility, then this might be the company that you're looking for. The concept here is very simple as long as you get your job done then you can clock in and clock out anytime you want, you can even request to work from home from time to time. Besides that, the management will organize a lot of bonding session activities together eg. company trips, company dinner, karaoke session, and many more! All the colleagues and bosses here are super friendly too (no hierarchy at all). Super understanding CEO, eg. even if you couldn't hit your sales target, he will try his best to find solutions to this problem and even motivate you so you could do better!
