Pros

None to be honest on my first job they dropped the ball

Cons

I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel it’s necessary to warn other healthcare providers about my experience with Affection Home Health. I accepted a visit through Clipboard Health and it took me an entire week just to get signed into their CRM because of multiple system errors and zero real technical support. The only “training” they gave me was a promotional video that didn’t explain how to navigate the CRM or complete documentation properly. Despite all of this, I completed the patient visit, submitted my note, added my PIN and electronic signature, and even uploaded a signed route sheet. My visit shows “submitted with signature” on my end. I reached out to their office several times and sent follow-up emails, but they have not paid me for the work I completed. Clipboard Health confirmed that I did everything correctly, yet Affection Home Health has ignored me and still hasn’t released payment. This has been extremely unprofessional, frustrating, and a major waste of time. Healthcare workers deserve to be paid for the care they provide, and no contractor should have to beg a company just to get compensated for completed services. I do not recommend working with this agency based on my experience.
