      I am seeing a lot of internships complaints on here and let me tell you it’s even worse in a paid position. Once the owner threw a phone at me. The environment is gross no morals. Just her whims . No training. The people were sooo pretentious despite being basic and kinda stupid. I’ve had closets nicer than their showrooms.it was an abusive and hostile environment. Run by a woman who has been fired from all her prior gigs. Hence she’s working for herself. Run. Do not accept an offer. I wish I knew sooner

      Pros

      - a good environment and nice people - made lots of friends within the intern class - great networking if you are interested in the fashion industry - you get to attend cool events

      Cons

      - basically what you would expect, lots of errands and grunt - unpaid - could be physically demanding at times - no hard skills learned - mildly isolated from higher-ups - not very helpful for learning marketing / pr skills
