1. Employee friendly 2. Flexible working hours 3. Open to WFH 4. Team engagement activities and outings 5. Supportive team and management 6. Good HR policies 7. Health insurance for self and family which is over and above of your CTC 8. Good and latest technological learning

Cons

The only cons I can see is late evening scurm calls(only if dealing with US clients). But this time also includes in your working hours and accordingly adjusted.

The amount of transparency the CEO has with the company, as well as the amount of trust that is immediately offered, is very rare and it immediately makes employees invested into the company because they can see their impact each day. "Absolutely open-door communication so you can speak to CEO directly" - Good Tech stack - Best Paying Company in Jaipur. - Great USA based client. - NO office politics - Allows WFH and leaves without much hassle - Flexibility in work hours, open for communication all the time - Office atmosphere awesome, you can directly communicate with upper management including HR, if you have any problem.

Cons

Every company has some downsides but the thing here is you can work the way you want to which again won't be a downside. But I want to mention a few of them, soon will improve..... - Appraisals are as per the business model but we have to think to increase more for best-performing employees. - No rewards and recognition, hope will start soon.
