Pros
Facility is clean, Break room is nice. The pay would be adequate if you weren't forced to do more than your job describes.
Cons
Horribly mismanaged, The higher ups will NOT hire enough people to meet their demands, nor wll they give us enough materials to do the jobs. Forced over time without materials to perform our jobs including Saturdays and some Sundays. 10 hour days six days a week despite being promised no overtime on hire. The management will state that once you meet your quota for the day you may lave after the standard shift is over, but upon meeting quota they will demand more of you and will not let you leave without consequences. half way through a few shifts they decided to inform the employees that we had to work beyond the 10 hours already asked of us to stand around and wait for materials that won't be ready until the next day or beyond. Upon hire everyone was promised a yearly pay increase and a bonus before the year was done they went back on their word before the year was over and are not going to give out a raise or bonus due to "not making enough sales" despite bragging about their profits on their facebook. Generally unacceptable treatment and lies to the employees leave me to write this review. This company had such great promise when I started.
