1. No space/time to learn. 2. You will work in new technology but they will not let you to use it properly. NO CODE QUALITY. 3. They will pay you good salary but push you to work for Atleast 14 to 16 hours a day. 4. No work life balance at all. Forget your personal life if you want to join here. 5. HR team is like a puppet to the top management. 6. CEO's top priority is Customers. Not employees. 7. No other benefits other than salary and annual gift. 8. No internet reimbursement during this covid situation but they will expect you to work for 16 hours a day which Atleast requires 3 GB data. 9. Don't dare to go away for a few minutes. You will get call in teams and personal mobile continuously. 10. They will expect you to work on weekends without compoff. 11. Lots of people are facing serious health issues because of extended work hours. 12. Company was good before Indian offshore took control. 13. ****All other good reviews are posted by HR team. Looks like it's their job responsibility**** 14. They have utilised WFH option perfectly. Most of the ppl are working day and night. 15. They will expect you to start working from day one without proper training. 16. No recognition. 17. Finally, No future in this company.

they don't value employees in v1 team especially no trust on employees. manager looks at employee monitors all the time forced to work in support like a call center guy no technical growth local language in all meetings no laptop & no wfh no life (worst work-life balance) 9+ hours attendance must daily worst reimbursement policy fancy salary with variable bonus paid at end of year. dont look for only salary before joining. no promotion if ex company is not BALLY. poor retention worst hr. leads that go for coffee / lunch breaks with manager are considered good. not sure what they work on productively.
