I have been working at the company for more than 7 years, and during this time I have seen how the business develops in a structured and thoughtful way. The co-founder and CTO is a very strong technical leader and a FinTech expert who deeply understands the product and thinks like an entrepreneur. Decisions are made quickly but based on data and clear business logic. There are clear priorities, transparent communication, and a strong focus on results. I also appreciate the culture of respect and openness to ideas.
Cons
Like in any growing company, some processes are still evolving as the company scales. However, the direction and leadership give confidence that these areas will continue to improve.
