      Pros

      Actually there are no best reasons to work with Alchemy. They are really not worth of 9 years experience in industry.

      Cons

      You can't get proper reply on your query. Internal team themself don't have clarity. If you reach out to someone in team for a clarification, they will direct you to other person and that person will not respond back. On top of that they don't have a specific poc for any issue, even tough if there is anyone that person will not respond back to your calls. Especially employees who are working under Alchemy payroll in client location have to face troubles and they don't even care for them

      At least they allow smoke breaks

      This company is worst. At first it was fine. There was freedom. Now recently they start making it so strict the you will be back to schooldays. This company has been a start up since 2013. It won't survive for long. now they have one of the most toxic and stupid HR rules. You are strictly supposed to come with id card. If you do not wear formals on Monday- Wednesday you will be marked absent. You are strictly supposed to come at 9:30, but they will make you work till 10pm. Now a particular team is asking to come with clean shave. I am pretty sure it won't be staying in one team. If you log out even 1 min earlier than 9 hour window you will be logged out. They give you carrots and cucumbers for snacks. The coffee is bad and I have seen cockroaches in it. HR's are biggest hypocrites, They expect you to be professional but they behave unprofessionally. They don't give incentives. they only promise it. Laptops don't work fine. They ask you to work on Saturdays and Sundays. NO FREEDOM, Back to schooldays.
