      1. A well qualified mentor in Data Science 2. Opportunity to work in different domains and challenging projects 3. Active learning in Big Data 4. Help and support to compete in Kaggle competitions 4. Open to explore and implement new technologies 5. Open to suggestions 6. Good work-life balance 7. Better compensation 8. Very friendly environment

      The company's growing fast, . Better compensation to be competitive. Working on latest IT Skill set, few companies are in NCR working on Similar project . Management is very help full more employee oriented . recommended to friends and colleague

      This is not a negative for me as we are growing rapidly and building the framework of this organization . as per me is vary person to person ..

      1. You get the best mentor for Data Science who makes the most difficult algorithm a child's play for you 2. Challenging projects 3. Can measure the growth on daily basis 4. Supportive colleagues 5. Opportunity to explore new technologies and devising out-of-the-box approach 6. Good pay 7. Easy work environment What else does one need!

      Cons

      Feels like family. It would be heart-wrenching if one day I have to leave.
