      Mostly family members of the owners work there. Nepotism is the standard and management is the problem.

      Pros

      Small number of employees for a large office space. Ability to telecommute when weather prevents commuting into office. Accessible office location, right off I-25. Occasionally lunches provided by company. Cake for your birthday.

      Cons

      CEO is too conservative and stuck in his ways, preventing company from taking the next big leap. Website hasn't been updated in years and is an indication as to how the company approaches their product development. Missing out on opportunities to innovate and slow development cycle. Sales team suffers from lack of resources and is short on leadership.Family bond between key team members makes for awkward company dynamics.
