Pros
Some good people. Nice interior. Nice lot. Company reps come in to train on their products.
Cons
Poor management and training. Some not so great people. They tell you what you want to hear in interview, then tell you the opposite after starting there. Sales floor selling, no office. Not a team atmosphere. Some greasy sales tactics. Sales teams from other branches may not play nice. Quality of product not on par with pricing. 6 day work week, never two days off in a row. You really have to follow up on everything to make sure things get done. Weird place I was happy to get away from.
