Pros
Ever since joining I found myself immersed in new things and taking leadership of tasks/projects/problems immediately. They always listen to your opinion and are honest about whether something can work or not (love the transparency!). I environment as well is very friendly and nice to work in. Work life balance is great in my personal opinion.
Cons
When I first joined there wasn't much of an onboarding process, it was more learning things quickly due to some internal reasons. However, as the months passed and new comers came, this process improved. Aside from this I'm quite happy with everything here.

Getting to learn a fast-moving industry, whilst getting to work with talented and innovative colleagues.
Cons
The carbon market industry has had a fair bit of bumps, requiring a lot of agility.
