      Flexibility is there in the company. Pay is good for the tenured employee

      Pay structure for new joiners are less comparatively. Bureaucracy approach by the management. Lack of support from managers.

      Still respect employees on humanitarian approach when the situation demands. Decent hikes when compared with service based companies. Flexible work hours as long as work gets done. Renewed focus on Tech Stack.

      Last 2 years constant uncertainty around jobs due to reorg. 2-3 Years Roadmap is not available around Tech development. Emphasis on Model/demos rather than outcomes.
