      Great colleagues but not a good company

      I worked with some incredibly kind, caring and talented people

      Cons

      No pension payments while I worked there - I had to threaten legal action when I left to get what I was owed No progression - I had to fight for a payrise despite getting a promotion Management don't seem to care about the translators we work with - they don't (can't) pay vendors we work with, and when I raised their concerns for not being paid to see if anything could be done, I was told the freelancer was being 'dramatic'... for being owed £3K+

      I never had a payment issue but heard from some colleagues that there had been delays with salary payment in the past.
