When this company was running properly there were a lot of perks, like free hockey and concert tickets, but those have dried up like a puddle in the sun.
Cons
The CEO is a megalomaniac who propositions his female subordinates regularly.

-Weekly Paid lunches on Wednesdays
Cons
-They didn't really have an HR department they were using the Marketing Director and Finance person to deal with situations which I found to be not professional if you had concerns. I just didn't feel safe to explain what I was feeling in the workplace -Management didn't look to care for it's employees -No People and Culture -Being in the renewals dept was unorganized and stressful.
