      Overworking 12hrs + with no incentive of pay: yes Work life balance: non existential Salary: Low pay with no real promise for good increments Work culture: Toxic + Verbal abuse + sir culture Blogs and Github: Company would own all your stuff and no leeway to freely post or follow researchers you like Contract: Bound to enslave you or ruin your credibility with termination

      Nikhil Mittal is the worst person to work with, very very rude, keep shouting and abuses a lot. Need to spend more then 12 hrs and something have to work on Sunday as well with no overtime pay. You wont be able to take any annual leave if you do then you have to compensate that leave by working on Sunday. Keeps threating us like he will send legal notice and destroy your career. You have to keep saying him sir sir. will have to work 6 days a week with no social life, you can't write your own blogs, you can't like post others researchers in twitter or LinkedIn. I repeat don't ever join this company, if you want more review directly talk to ex employees

      Amazing place to work

      Pros

      I am working for more than a year now. My initial salary was already top in the industry and I got 40% hike on completion of an year. We were allowed work from home as soon as the pandemic started (March 2020) with our shift allowances! This is in addition to medical benefits that helped me a lot with medical condition in my family.

      Cons

      Honestly, nothing to complain for.
