Highly political and unrealistic performance review process (top rating is basically unattainable, same scores can get different compensation) Low moral and motivation across the board Severe understaffing with limited to no backfill leading to continuously increasing workload Limited compensation transparency (very strong initial pay with stagnation over time; higher pay for an external hire compared to a tenured loyal employee) Poor work life balance (promotions come with an expectation to give even more)
