      HORRIBLE WORK ENVIRONMENT

      Pros

      Stay away! It is a horrible work environment if you’re female! The owner is sexist and degrades females!

      Cons

      Low pay, no clear business plan, and is very erratic in the way the office is run. Owner likes to flip out for no reason, and screams about payroll but buys a 50k car, and buys a new house at the same time. If you work in the warehouse it is overwhelming. There wasn’t a clear role of what position was and they fire you at the drop of the hat, without cause.

      The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Incredibly disorganized. Several sketchy things going on behind closed doors. 38 hour work week, with no overtime pay or ANY benefits. The owner/manager is an ego-maniacal, self-centered, conceited con man who thinks he is this grand master of E-Commerce and everyone needs to bow at his heels. He takes no time to train new nor does he give them the tools they need to succeed. You will be given absolutely NO feedback on your performance and let go without any notice. If you are looking for a job, do not waste your time with this place.
