- Good pay - Lots of teams - Potential to do impactful work - Document writing
Cons
- Bureaucracy - Lack of incentives. Even within the company, US-based developers get better benefits and incentives when compared to India. - Innovation stifled due to politics and bureaucracy. - Lot of menial and maintenance work for Indian teams. Very few green field projects. - Document writing. :-)
