      Friendly company culture Friendly staff and management Some departments are doing well

      Cons

      Poor sales have dragged a lot of departments down. Poor outlook for a lot of product lines. Understaffed in most departments with massive work loads. Old software system that impedes work. Rigid marketing team that are overall useless.
