Pros
Literally none. To everyone even thinking of applying here, run.
Cons
When I was hired, I was told I was going to be doing copywriting under a probationary status. However, within my first 2 weeks alone, I was being tasked with things well beyond my contract. Not only was I not aware of these tasks when I first came on, but I was also being only paid 10, 000 pesos for all the work I was doing, despite being a graduate of a prestigious university. By the way, I was working overtime every single day (10 am to 2 am). Furthermore, when I was there, the staff only comprised of about 11 people (2 founders, 5 full time employees, 4 apprentices being paid 10k each) and 50 UNPAID INTERNS. Entire departments were being run by interns, with my own intern being forced to head an account without me knowing. They would then lie to clients that they can do this and that, when in reality, it's a bunch of interns doing it. They also lie to clients about their capabilities, saying that there are x number of writers/graphic designers/etc when there's really only 2 full time of each. They also lie to interns and told them that their work was "high impact" when it was really just unfair labor practices.
