Its an early stage startup, so you will get a lot of hands-on experience working in this company.
Cons
Its a startup company which I guess has been in loss now for a while. This company has a pattern of laying off employees constantly. It hires people and after almost a year or so it will fire them. No work-life balance at all. Many times, we have worked till 2-3 am in the morning. No time sense at all. Also there is a lot of politics going on at the management level. They won't include you in decision making process, All decisions are taken by the leads. You just have to follow them.
