Pros
ANTISEL has been a place where I’ve been able to grow professionally. From the beginning, the onboarding process and buddy program made the transition smooth and helped me get up to speed quickly. The working environment is collaborative and respectful, with people across teams being approachable and willing to help each other. Compensation is competitive, and there is a level of transparency around it that builds trust and shows there is room for progression. At the same time, the company invests in ongoing training and continuous learning, which makes it easier to keep developing skills over time. All of this is complemented by a healthy respect for work-life balance and a culture of open communication.
Cons
While I don’t have major negatives to report, a few practical points are worth noting: the office location in Thessaloniki is most convenient if you drive. It is accessible by car and free parking is available, but public transit options are more limited. I was aware of this in advance, so it hasn’t been an issue in my experience.
