Pros
Most of the company are very engaged, there is a lot of initiative to keep people connected and maintain an open culture. Everyone has been nice, and super smart which is a great environment to work in, especially early in your career - it's motivating to be around so much amazing people! Remote-first company but with options to go into the office, unlimited pto, and very flexible if you have commitments outside of work
